Quality Control We recognise how important your home is and accordingly, treat each project as if it were our own. We can assure you that from concept to completion, you will be kept informed of the progress at every stage of the project. We like to think we have a very personal and professional service, but if at any point you are not happy with the communications level or quality or are unhappy with the refurbishment process we have dedicated project managers on site to help you solve your queries.  Co-ordination With each project we dedicate a specialist project manager who handles the coordination of traders and the suppliers so you don’t have to because we want to make your refurbishment project as easy as possible. Before Capital Fitters can perform any work we have to send a professional to visit to get a site survey so we can begin the project planning. 
  Contact We like to keep you fully informed of each milestone achieved during the installation, so if you’re out of the property during installation we will send you pictures via email to view and approve and once you’re happy with your projects completion. With our service comes complete cost management and schedule monitoring. Project Managers Our project managers provide on site project management to ensure your property refurbishment goes according to plan and once the installation is complete the project manager will perform the final handover of your project to you and you can then begin to fully appreciate your dream refurbishment.
